The Congress started with the opening speeches of President Erdoğan, Minister of Justice Bozdağ and Ministers of Justice of Azerbaijan, Afghanistan and Somalia.
During the sessions, Nigerian Minister of Justice and Federal Attorney General Abubakar Malami, and the presidents and members of the Supreme Court from Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Kosovo, Ukraine, Albania, Lebanon, Poland, Mongolia, the USA and Georgia, and academics made speeches.
